Your child learns eating habits at a very young age. By teaching your child the benefits of nutrition, you'll give her the tools she needs to lead a healthy lifestyle. You'll also ensure that your child's body and mind are nourished and able to grow. Our meals are prepared based on guidelines provided by USDA. Each meal helps to meet the daily required nutritional requirements of your child. You can view this months menus here.

Exercise builds strong bones and muscles, and helps your child to sleep better at night and feel more energized during the day. It's also an important part of a healthy lifestyle. We try to incorporate activities that teach children good exercise habits. We provide activities inside and outside, weather permitting that helps your child get a portion of the recommended daily exercise.

Good health begins with good hand washing. Children in our care are taught to wash their hands:

  • After using the restroom
  • After sneezing or blowing their nose
  • After handling garbage
  • Prior to eating

Additionally, each of our lobbies is equipped with an automatic hand sanitizer that is available for you and your families use. When carefully monitored, these sanitizers assist in preventing the spread of disease and illness throughout the center. The Centers for Disease Control has created guidelines and suggestions for the prevention of disease and illness, which are designed to promote a healthy environment for you and your family.
